Jason Gilbert

Jason is a 100% disabled US Marine officer veteran who served as one of only 11 active special operations team commanders aboard each aircraft carrier, one of only 8 active M1A1 tank company commanders in the Marine Corps, and he commanded a unit of drill instructors in San Diego.
Jason is a former CEO of a startup he founded and grew into an 8-figure company in the heart of the Great Recession, a global advisor in 25 countries in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and North America, and has recently managed congressional and gubernatorial political campaigns, despite incurring lifelong effects from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) subarachnoid hemorrhage.

John is a 100% disabled Navy SEAL veteran with over 28 years active service in various SEAL Teams and Naval Special Warfare commands. John retired as the Operations Department Senior Enlisted Advisor at Naval Special Warfare Group ONE following his final operational deployment to Yemen while with SEAL Team THREE in the capacity of Troop Senior Enlisted Advisor. While on active-duty John deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, the Philippines, among other short and long term deployments to various other locations in support of U.S. Foreign Policy.
John has spent his time since retiring from the Navy as a corporate leadership consultant working with numerous Fortune 500 companies helping them to align strategic priorities, centralize communications, and decentralize decision making in this digitally connected, technologically advanced, ever changing business environment.
When John is not consulting, his passion is breeding and training Labrador Retrievers to be service dogs for wounded warriors with PTSD and children with autism. He lives in the woods of southern Oregon with his Wife and son and enjoys spending time on the Rogue River.
